Brent is the man! After consultation with multiple mortgage professionals, Brent was the clear choice. I can not express enough how well this worked out for me and my wife. Never been a fan of filling out things online, especially for a mortgage ! Then it turns out to be the most easiest and efficient process. This is the fifth mortgage I have had . Every question we had Brent answered quickly and accurately, but especially what sets him apart is that he answered questions we didn't even know we had. He would tell us what to expect and gave us advice for what to expect in different scenarios, like if the rates were to fluctuate, if we decided to move our close date, etc and THAT is what really set Brent apart. I don't know many people who would spend so much time not just with getting us set for the "now", but to ensure we were prepared for the "what if" without even asking him to. Its clear Brent is extremely knowledgeable in the property sector and we feel so grateful we were able to work with him to buy our home. When we were signing our title papers, our agent stopped and said "wow, you got a really good deal here. These are the lowest fees I've ever seen someone charge" and then she said "I also have to be honest with you, I really, really enjoyed working with your mortgage broker. Sometimes I have people who make excuses or don't care about their clients and send me things last minute, but not Brent. He was an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. You can tell he's on it and knows what he's doing". I mean, right there, it's not just how Brent is with clients but with everyone - professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reliable.
